       In my portfolio, I merge technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior. With a Master's in Information Systems and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Syracuse University, I blend data management, analysis, and effective communication.

       At Icertis, I've led projects, automated processes, and conducted legal research, showcasing precision and adaptability. My background spans sales, data programming, and consulting, reflecting versatility.

Utilized Excel data to accurately rename files, incorporating Employee ID for standardized labeling.   • Researched record retention laws for 50 states: Leveraged copilot prompts and conducted thorough research to gather legal requirements. Synthesized complex legal information into easily understandable summaries. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

My tenure as an HR Systems Assistant has refined my project management skills. Managing projects and code implementations in this role has honed my ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently. I've also developed strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, which are crucial for successful project delivery.

My experience at Pandora Jewelry has further enhanced my customer service skills. Alongside my roles as a hostess during graduate school and as a Technical Consultant, I've developed a keen ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently, while knowing when to escalate matters to a supervisor.
